We work to leverage the latest technologies to create machined parts that are beautiful, accurate, cost-effective and delivered on time. We strive to create an environmentally sustainable business, recycling our materials and lubricants. We use the latest CAM and CAD software, and have multiple seats of both SurfCam Velocity and Solidworks. Our 11 modern CNC machines, by the finest builders, include 9 machining centers (both vertical and horizontal) and 2 turning centers. These complement a full palette of auxiliary manual equipment. We are ISO 9001:2008 registered, and have full QA facilities, including an automatic CMM and other measurement equipment directly traceable to the National Institute of Standards and Technology.
OMW performs both prototyping and low- to mid-volume production work in all metals and plastics. We serve customers in electronics, biotechnology, robotics, health-care, solar and a variety of other industries, both large and small. We handle parts from nearly microscopic up to 500 lbs.
